cruise control on 2008

The cruise control will come on orange but will not turn green any more what is the problem?

Does your CEL pop up? Or have you scaned your ecu with sth. Whenever I clear the error codes on my ECU - it will take a couple rides until the car learns everything and activates the CC.

No does not work

I installed a K & N filter and it come up with a error code. (Air tem out of range)
I cleared it.
does 4 cold start and 180 miles and still does not work.

Does not show any faults now.
