Door Handle Broken - NOT POWER LOCK PROBLEM
I've been searching and searching for a thread related to fixing/replacing my driver's side door handle. There are no problems with my power locks but the back of the outside handle, the part with the arm that connects to the door release has broken (disconnected?) and now just sort of swings freely. I can open the door from the inside, but the handle can actually be removed as the (pivot) on the front of the handle just sort of snaps on.
Any thoughts on how this works or can you point me to a thread discussing? I haven't yet removed the door panel, but I cant tell if I can even get to the outside handle through the panel. Thinking of maybe taking to a dealer but really don't want to. They will probably do more damage than help and charge me $500 or more.
I appreciate you help everybody. Don't know what I'd do without my 7-club or my new 8-club. You guys are great!

There are several thread discussing door handle issues but basically you remove the door panel, remove the handle, then reinstall a new handle. If you could not figure this out then you may want to leave this job to someone else. You could also look in the factory service manual (online), it outlines this procedure.

Could not locate a working version of the FSM. Would you mind posting a link to a working download? I am def capable of doing the work, just don't have an ideal place to do it nor all my tools since I've moved. Didn't want to take it apart only to figure out that I'm pretty much the the proverbial creek anyways.
I appreciate the helpful comment.

No problem, just remember the anything you could possibly come across has likely been covered so try your best to use the search function.
