1. I can open the drivers door with the key, but not the passenger.
2. I can't use the unlock or lock button in both the passenger and driver.
3. I can lock both driver and passenger door with the key.

Can you at least open the passenger door from the inside? You can start with the door lock re-tractor spring click and post your responses on that link!

I can physically open the passenger door lock from the inside. All the buttons don't seem to work.

Mechanically, it works. Check your FOB battery also. Go through this, could be the Front Door Latch and Lock Actuator.

i'll get to it this weekend

i did some more test

it seems to be getting weaker

1. the driver door side does not lock with the remote it only unlocks and seems to be struggling
2. the passanger door is not responsive to lock or unlock
3. I hear a click every time i press lock or unlock
4. both driver and passenger side buttons do nothing
