Electrical Problems!

Electrical Problems!
my dang car is acting crazy! the other day the horn started honking on its own, my radio presets and my trip odometer zeroized when I turned the car off, when I turn on my high beams my radio turns off for a split second and my car feels like it turns off for a split second! And then tonight when i went to get gas, my car wouldnt turn back on at all! I honked the horn though, and then it fired right up! I think i read that our cars have some electrical problems? Sorry, I dont have time to do a search right now, i just got home from driving 400 miles and I have to work in like 6 hours...
Has anyone had similiar problems? and are electrical problems covered under the factory warranty??
thanks in advance!

Something like this would certainly be covered under the warranty. Only problem you might have with that is if the dealer can't duplicate the problem.
Before taking it in to the dealer, check battery connections as static suggests and also check all grounding points to verify that they are bolted down tight.

This morning I checked the battery connections, and one of them was loose! It was just barely attached to the battery.. as I was putting it on, my horn started honking at me again.. I am assuming that is why it was honking at me in the first place.
My problems started after i checked my oil, I must have leaned on the battery cover and moved the battery cable. Could a loose battery connection cause my car to turn off for a split second while driving when I hit my high beams?
Thanks for the advice.

If the cable was loosely clamped to the battery post and because of that supplying the minimum electrical energy required to operate the basic components in the car and you add a large electrical load like the high beam headlights, I would think it highly possible that the engine would at least stumble if not cut out completely.
