Emergency Brake Problems

Change my brakes 3 weeks agon on my 05 RX8 and now the emergency brake does not work. I took off the tire and both back pistons are against the brake pad so not sure what is going on. Has any one had this problem before?

Is the e-brake cable still attached to the "hook" on the caliper?

Where is the nut at? Is it on the emergency brake or do I need to take off the back tires to do this?

Thanks for the diagram it made it alot easier but.. I tighten the e brake and it still does not work. I put the car in drive with the e brake on and gas it some gas and it still went forward. Is there another place to adjust the cable?
