Unhappy Engine wont turn on after replacing new parts

This is the next sequel of my previous problem 'firespark came from the exhaust', i will again tell you guys the story of my RX until it's stranded in garage for 4 months til now..

My RX is fully stock, only change sparkplug and air filter with HKS product, megan racing catback and a pivot throttle controller. One day i smell a very strong raw fuel coming from the engine bay everytime i accelerate, but the smell totally gone when the car drive in normal cruising speed and also on iddle condition. I check the engine bay, nothing leak. I check the fuel tank and fuel line, no leaks at all and no smell at all.. Seems like the raw fuels smell came only when the car accelerate in high speed. Still i dont bring my car to garage coz i'm trying to figure it out by myself, hoping that it's only a small and cheap problem which is can be fixed by myself.

After 2-3 weeks in a cold winter morning i warm up the engine for 5 minutes and start to go for work when suddenly after 3-5km from my home the engine stall on a signal. I start the engine and it make a slight vibration with strange noise. I press the pedal a bit deep hoping the vibration will gone and drive the car about 1-2km when i found a firespark came from the exhaust and the engine again stall. Since that moment the engine can't turn on....

I posted the problem here and people start to suggest me to change the ignition coil, cables and plugs. I change all with a new parts and test it before instalation, everything works perfect, sparkplugs sparks bright.. I do compression test to both rotor, both perfect! I check the fuelpump, pumped like a rock! But when i start the engine still it wont turned on........

I start to confused, what happened with my engine? Fire ok, fuelpump ok, compression ok, then why it wont turn on? I check the throttle body is dry, even i try to open the throttle with my finger and start the engine still wont turn on..

Can anyone advice me what happened, what to do and what to check?

Is it normal if the throttle bodies fully dry even if we use our finger to open it when we start the engine?

Can anybody advice me the symptoms of an injector malfunction and choked fuel line/rail? And how to fixed it..

Any trick to start the engine in this situation? Is it ok if we spray some fuel in the throttle when we crank the engine as a bait?

Any idea why there's a smell of raw fuel when we accelerate, and it comes from the engine bay when we open the windows.

Appreciate your kind help, thank you..

How did you check the compression?
Injectors? Car starter? Catalytic converter? Bunch of infos that may help somebody diagnose your problem.

So far everythings in the exhaust area still good and dry.. The piping is new, exhaust is new, no rust at all.. only when the incident happened he puff some sparks like somebody doing a welding inside the exhaust

Any CEL's?....I would remove the throttle controller for sure.....a DBW throttle error is a no-go error

Yes, CEL is there.. But when I scan it with CAN OBD II showing no faults and no codes. Throttle controller has been removed and return back to his stock, still not running..

Did you use a rotary compression tester or a normal one?

Can you provide a description (with picture even better) of the code scanner you are using that is not reading the CEL you say your getting?
