Fault code list?

Fault code list?
Much to my surprise, I haven't been able to locate a comprehensive fault code list for the RX-8 here on this site or even on Google. I did find partial lists, but they didn't include most of the codes I'm looking for. If anybody knows where there's a page with a complete list of fault codes, I'd really appreciate it if you could provide a link for me. The codes usually change slightly from year to year, so to be specific, this is for a 2005 RX-8.
In the meantime, here are the codes that were apparently thrown according to the dealer, who has my RX-8 in the shop for warranty replacement of the Cat. Perhaps someone can provide information about these specific codes. In addition to the technical definition for the codes, if anybody is able to provide layman's info about what they mean in practical terms, that would be the most helpful
TIA!

I believe all of the U codes are just communication errors, and do not affect module operation. Though I imagine it is possible that a complete failure of a module would also produce U codes. I have never heard of U codes triggering the CEL light (though I admit it's theoretically possible).
From time to time I find U codes through my AccessPORT, and very rarely I find them through my Bluetooth ODB2 adapter. Rarely will I ever find the same U code on my AP if I immediately switch over to the bluetooth adapter, so I believe they are mostly dependent on what device is being used.
