There is a drain on the radiator...and one on the block near where the engine ground is ( center drivers side very bottom of the engine)
Open both..let it drain out......stick a hose in the overflow bottle and let the water rinse out the system if you have decent water...otherwise you would be better using a couple of gallons of distilled water, and letting that drain ..or just adding new coolant and leaving it at that

damm well i kinda just went for it before anyone answerd this..all i did was drain it and then just put a hose where u put the coolant in..then i just let my engine run, reved it a bit until it just drained clear water..i guess that might have worked 2

did yo have rust or particulates in the fluid? a drain and fill might have been ok. When you put the new fluid in did you test it properly? If not then you need to purchase this:
http://www.amazon.com/K-Tool-Interna.../dp/B000TRORG2
Basically you adjust the antifreeze levels to the coldest winter ever recorded -10 from that. If you put to much antifreeze then you don't get as good a cooling on the engine, to little antifreeze and you will crack the housings. You need to test what temp your coolant level is safe guarded against.
