Found random grommet under seat. What is it?

A bit unusual. Giving my car the spring cleaning when I find the grommet below under my car seat with the clip next to it. I'm completely stumped as to where they came from. The small end of the grommet has indentations from a zip tie. Absolutely, not my doing. The clip must be from the interior as its not weathered at all. It is identical otherwise to the screw clips you find on the cars exterior.

I thought maybe its the hood latch grommet but its not. I am the second owner of the car, so there's no telling how long that thing has been back there. It could have been longer than I've owned the car, although I have cleaned it very well multiple times, and never seen anything like that.

Anyway, has anybody seen this grommet before? Any idea of where it goes, or if its even from the car? Tried googling the numbers on the grommet, but that yielded nothing.

Never seen that grommet before.

The one on the left is a fender liner clip.. Besides for holding in body pieces I have not seen them anywhere else.

Exactly, they hold body pieces all over the place. The fender liners, the under tray, etc. But this one looks brand new, or completely unweathered.

I dont think that type of clip is used anywhere in the interior.

It probably found its way inside by accident.

Just a thought, but check all your body pieces to see if you are missing 1 clip anywhere, its possible the previous owner left them inside the car while changing the sidemarker or something and one of those clips got pushed under the seat to be forgotten.
