Validate the injector sizes and displacement settings. Hopefully your fuel map #1 is already VE enabled (its a checkbox). Familiarize yourself with the target AFR table, Closed Loop Fuel settings, and Adaptive mode settings.
When I'm back home Sunday night / Monday I'll post up my recommended initial settings for them and we can go from there.
It is very unlikely you'll do any harm with the approach I'm going to provide.

What color are the cells on your fuel table? If the table has green text cells, select the entire table and press CTRL-U (untune). You can also select Untune by selecting all cells and right clicking on the table. When done correctly all cells in your fuel map will have black text.
I'm going to skip idle as it sounds like it's fine. What happens to your AFRs when you increase throttle with no load? i.e.: in neural... You should be able to rev to 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 with no load and your actual AFR should match target, ideally around 14.4 AFR.
Go to the Target AFR tab and validate your Target AFR table values. They should be similar to this:
Then go to the Corrections tab click on "Closed Loop Parameters" within the FUEL CORRECTIONS section. Validate your Closed Loop parameters are as shown below (note the units I have selected - you will likely need to change the defaults from the options pulldown as kPa is the default UIM for boost):
Now click the "Adaptive Mode Parameters" button in the same FUEL CORRECTIONS panel within the Corrections tab. Validate the values are similar to the image above.
The last thing to do is select the Closed Loop Mode pulldown within the FUEL CORRECTIONS tab and select "RAPID LEARNING".
Now it's simply a matter of driving around, easing through various load / rpm conditions. I do not recommend going into any meaningful amount of boost initially.... work your way up to it. You will notice as you make progress through the load/rpm ranges that cells in your Fuel Table will begin turning green and your actual AFR should now match your Target AFR while in those cells.
Also, note that the ECU will exit closed loop at about 5psi / 120 kPa. Once you have all the cells beyond 1300 RPM and below 5 psi / 120 kPa tuned (green text) nudge your Closed Loop max MAP up a couple kPa / psi. Gradually work this new section of your fuel table by driving to reach the various conditions.
A couple notes:
Make these changes with your PC connected to your Adaptronic via it's USB port. I highly recommend you make a backup copy of your initial map and call it your base map. Every time you make a meaningful change to the ECU file, ensure you have a backup of it before making your changes so that if you get undesirable results you can easily revert back.
DO NOT go WOT until you have converged your fuel table.
You always want cells of higher RPM and MAP to be AT LEAST the value of the cell adjacent to them (as a starting point).
You will need to do to a little bit of convergence yourself. So long as you stick to the rule above, you'll eventually get your fuel table converged.
That should be sufficient to get you going and will solve your rich problem if you are methodical in your approach.

My idle is shitty to maybe because of the cold weather?i have to work the gas for thirty seconds or it will die on me warm start is fine tho,and i noticed my serial cable doesn't stay in place in my ecu it loosely sits in there sence it was new two weeks ago.im having some shitty luck with everything lol

What are your AFRs at idle? Mine likes to idle cold at about 12 and gradually rise to 14 until WAT is at operating temperature.
Is your idle in open or closed loop? If it's in closed loop, force open loop via the Corrections tab (fuel closed loop mode) and manually adjust your fuel table for the cell and its neighbors that you are idling under to get it to 14 after warmed up. Once open loop idle is stable at operating temperature, make note of your cold start AFRs in the morning. You can then go into the Corrections tab and add/subtract trim in the WAT Corrections table corresponding to the temps where you're learn/rich.
Keep in mind that a correction comes not just from the cell your rpm/map lines up to but also the ones immediately surrounding it interpolated by their distance from the rpm/map value.
Do the 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 free rev thing in open loop too and just each of those points on the map manually to match the target AFR for those cells. You can then spread those cell values across and down the rest of the map at this point too.
My USB connector sits pretty firmly, as do the 2.5mm innovate connectors. You may want to take a closer look to see what is up there.

Okay so i got got my car out today put some miles on it,used the rapid learning mode.my car runs a hell of alot better now,i put some pics of my fuel table up there's alot shaded in grey now,but my table hasn't turned green yet.

I just did a 1200 mile road trip and ran the dragon in adaptive mode.
Once you are happy with your actual to target numbers feel free to switch back to closed loop.
Don't go WOT until you are certain you have a reasonable closed loop map exit point and solid actual to target cell values.
I'll take a look at your ecu file in a bit to see if there is any additional low lying fruit.

mattfender, your zip file contains a shortcut to a file that doesn't exist. In Windows Explorer right click on the actual .ECU file, select Send To... and then select Compressed Folder. You can then attach the resulting .zip file.
Alternately you can just attach the .ecu file to an email sent to the email address provided above. I have my Exchange domain configured to not strip attachments.
