Headlights wont turn on???
Hello. So I installed new headlight bulbs in my car about a month ago, so there is no way they could be burnt out.
The bulbs were $50 at autozone, he said they were the brightest bulbs they had available.
All the way until last night, the headlights were working, but now when I go to turn them on, the parking lights come on, but not the lowbeam lights. The high beams still work too.
We figured it was the fuses, so we replaced them and it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Which bulbs did you buy? Alot of the sylvania silverstar crap seem to be gimmicky. I know people who have them and they blow out after 3 months of use.
They run at a higher wattage I believe, so hotter, not exactly good for the life but they're supposed to be brighter than stock halogens.

^^Nope
this:
yep, went through several of those every couple of months (one goes so you buy another not realizing the other will go soon, they got you on the hook to dump both), then bought the cheapest std bulbs I could find at Walmart ($5 each) and now 4 years later they are still working fine
never again ... get rid of those bulbs and use std bulbs instead
