Help please! clutch problem

I'm having terrible problems getting my car into gear when my engine is hot - specifically when i've been stuck in stop/start traffic for a while. My cluch only has a tiny bit of bite left in it and i have to use two hands just to get in in gear. As soon as the engine cools, when i'm on open road again the clutch peddle rises again and it's fine? Does anyone know what could be the cause?

Where is your clutch engagement point with the pedal? Near the floor, ~1/2 up the pedal stroke?
Does your clutch pedal always feel spongy (like air in the line)?
Do you have an aftermarket clutch and if so, what kind?

Here is a TSB that may be worth looking into:

Hi, I have a similar problem too with my clutch and gearbox. My clutch gets stiffer and harder as the car temperature goes up and lately when I go into gear it is not like usual and very rough. I forgot what a smooth clutch and gearbox feels like. Did you find out the problem with your car and how did u fix it? please help.
