How do u reset a ECU

I read lots of comments that the ecu needs to be reset (with stalling/flooding issues) after changing plugs/coils to make it run or run better, how is it done. thanks

With 09's if you Pull the Room Fuse (Blue 15 AMP) it will reset ECU (Scanner told me so).
Those are the fuses located by your passenger side foot well.
