I still have the exhaust smoke :(

recently had a cat burn out completely. I mean, when i took it out it was completely hallow inside, before this i was getting heavy amount smoking coming out the exhaust when the engine is under load. Replaced the cat with an agency power dual resignated mid-pipe. Im unsure what could still be causing this?

Describe the smoke (amount, color, smell, how long it lingers in the air after exiting the tailpipe, etc).

Is smoke constant at any operating temp range of the engine (startup to fully warmed up)?

How long was the car smoking for before the cat was replaced?

Pieces of your old cat are most likely still in the exhaust. (trapped in the muffler, tail pipes, etc.)

pieces of the cat sound likely in the muffler itsself. When i pulled the cat out it was completely hallow and white inside. The smoke is straight exhaust smoke smells like exhaust fumes, not fuel and not coolant. I do know the difference between those, the smoke coming out is semi-blue ish gray. again only Under load. mostly when i reverse and heavily in first gear... recommend new muffler?

Variety of possible causes - from software on the computer sending too much oil into the motor to an issue with the OMP (oil metering pump), to a mechanical issue with the motor itself. May have been happening for a while before your cat bit the dust - cat was helping to burn it off but was sustaining damage along the way.

What flash level are you running? Was it upgraded by the dealer in the past? Have you noticed any loss of power over time - if so under what operating conditions (such as warm or cold engine, higher or lower revs, etc)? Are you hearing any noise from the motor such as the ever popular 'marbles in a can' rattle?
