Idle issues after putting stock intake back on.

Sorry if this issue was discussed before, I searched and couldn't find anything. I used to have the rotary extreme intake but just took it off because I have an appointment to do the recall. After installing the stock intake back on, my car feels like it wants to die after revving up the car. When I am approaching a stop sign, as the rpms drop, the car feels like it wants to die on me, dropping to about 500 rpm before going back up to 900 rpm. This for sure does not feel normal to me. I checked to see if all of the vacuum hoses were installed in the right place, and they are. There are not CELs. Can anyone give me any advice as to what can be the problem? I want to have this fixed, if possible, before I take me car in.

did you replace the stock metal screen in the stock intake? i believe that some had issues when the air screen was missing (it smooths the intake air so constant flow arrives at the ports, thus a non jumpy engine)

CAn you explain what you are referring to because I have no clue what you are talking about. I didn't touch anything on the stock intake when I took it off, so I dont know if that is the problem.

YES

You need to drive it for a few miles. Do a few cycles off on and off with the ignition with miles in between turninng the key on and off.

Completely normal.

Should have read or done a search.

NO need to remove the air intake you bought.
