Ignition Coils

Ignition Coils
My car started 5 days ago but has been sitting not running. I went to start it and it won't. It turns over but never fires. Took off 2 of the ignition coils and tested them according to what I was told on ChiltonDIY.com I'm not sure if I am reading them correctly and trying to determine if they are still good. Seems random that they would just go bad. Any thoughts? What should my ohm readings be? Why would they just go bad suddenly?

Search flooding and see if your car has flooded. The last time you parked your car did you drive a short distance or turn it off while it was still cold?
Also what year and Mileage?
When was the last time you changed coils, wires, and spark plugs?

I parked it about 3 weeks ago after i got a flat and bent the rim. I started it and let it run for about 5-10mins about a week after i parked it, no problems. I then went to strat it 5 days leater to let it run and thats when it wouldn't. Its a 2004 with 45,000.
Not sure about when coils, wires or plugs were changed. Ive had it for 5 months.

You can always unplug the coil wires. Turn it over and look for a spark. Has to be close to a metal ground to see it.
Also check the fuses.
If your battery is low it won't start. Ask me how I know.
