Very nice article thanks for the read. I wasn't quit sure how the dynamics of the intake system worked I just new there where different ports that opened up at different rpm's.

As far as the video though even though my terminology was incorrect my base point still stands. All that's heard is the different ports and solo noida opening and working no unusual noise is heard

So far you haven't given us anything that is abnormal

If there is something that just isn't showing up clearly on the audio then there is a chance that there is still a failure somewhere. It's very easy to pick up on changes in the engine and components audibly compared to a piston car. You hear alot more of what is going on.

Reiteration, visit a dealer or a know individual who has and educated ear on rotaries. Unfortunatly any abnormality you may be hearing is not being picked up on video. It will have to be diagnosed on site.
