LED STUCK in parking light Hole
I just got my new 5000k leds from vled for my parking lights and I tryed to put them in but it fell off in the socket. I need ideas. FYI my first attempt bulb is also lost somewhere in there.

fish it out... take a wire and tape a fishing line on or a thread and have a small loop and try to hook onto the bulb wire. this could take a while, so if you want to get it out fast and not deal with losing the SOB again, my advice is to take the bumper off and get to the headlight assembly. lol

Interestingly enough, I read a thread a long time ago where instead of fishing it out, or taking off the bumper and removing the headlights..............someone just rigged up a small hose to their vacuum cleaner and sucked it out! That's what I would try.........especially if you have a shop vac or something. Even one of those small car vacuums might get it!

I am about to replace my fogs, headlamps and more importantly to this thread.......my parking lights all with 6000k from VLED's and I will remember that vacuum trick if I need it for sure!
Let's hope I don't need it!
Guess I got lucky the first time on the parking lights as really didn't have any issue.

Well I finally did get the LED out of the socket with a magnet pen I got from autozone. It wasn't easy lets say that. While I got it out it fell down somewhere! So not only is there 1 but 2 leds stuck in that little area. Hopefully when I take off my bumper to install the rest of my LEDS I will be able to pick them out.
