A little TS before yankin the Wankle
Going threw the engine a bit before pullin. Coils new, wires&plugs new, no vac leaks that I can find. Issues, rough idle(if it will), stalling. Old starter. No idea on fuel pump age. Here's a few quick vids.

Cold idle is 15, if I rev it and try to return it to idle it will just stall. Air pump removed due to no Cat, no other mods besides GM style coils, 8.8mm wires. Simple comp check reviled low, but judging by starter part number(1st gen) and no visual raise of tach during initial starting(seriously it does not move) I was not getting anywhere near the rpm to do a comp check. Batt is ok. Grounds ok. CEL light due to air pump, lack of secoundary O2 sensor. Miles are not important since this is a reman motor, and miles since replaced are unknown.

You don't make it very easy to read your threads... also, video doesn't work.
What exactly are you trying to ask? Your car stalls? Your car idles rough? What does "cold idle is 15" mean??
Possible issuess:
Low comprssion
Fuel pump
Weak ignition (even though you purchased new, doesn't mean they're good. Test them)
Eccentric shaft position sensor (ess)
Air leak

The video links I'll fix. One shows vaccum while idle. "15@idle while cold" is the vacuum, while the video shows what it is warmed up. The other video shows engine running from engine bay point of view. Since this is my first rotary, I don't know what sounds normal vers not.
Edit: videos should work now
