Live feed data interpretation help?

Long-term fuel-trim is at -22.7. The maximum values are +-23.0, so that might cause the ecu to abandon closed loop operation.
It looks you don't have a rear oxygen sensor?
Based on the reading from the front oxygen sensor, the ECU is detecting a rich condition. This suggests either a mechanical problem, like leaky injectors, or a bad front oxygen sensor.
Connecting the rear o2 sensor might also help bring the ltft into range.
What problem are you having?

I have been running like this or years with no symptoms till now. Reman engine installation has caused the idle issues. I thought about replacing the rear o2 but never acted like this before. What does cl_fault and ol_fault mean?

Open and closed loop fault.....When the fuel trim gets outside the allowed parameters it won't allow closed loop operation an it will default to an open loop scheme that tends to protect the CAT ( stupid emmissions based tuning )
I think I would try a new O2 sensor as well....if you can borrow one so much the better cost wise It is easier to believe the sensor is fubarred than you have a fuel excess if the car is running relatively normally. Is the LTFT global...or just in that area you have shown us?
Is there anything different about your motor? ( ported etc?)

The old engine probably rusted the hell outta the o2 sensor, due to water jacket seal issue. The LTFT are always -19+ if I disconnect the battery they will be -14 for a while. Do I NEED a rear o2 sensor as my old sensor is cut?

Shh, don't give him ideas. I'm going to get a text tomorrow morning.
I wouldn't go with Bosch, went thru a few on my last car, they seem to last about a year then crap out.
Yes Hesselrode, you can try my o2 if you want. I'm off Monday and Tuesday. :p
