Misfire CEL, BHR Ignition, some troubleshooting already done...

Yes I bough oem style ngk plugs. The coils and wires are original. I know some people have theirs only last 20k and others last over 100k. They could be worn out but the might not be. I don't know how to test them, and I don't have an electrical tester.
I had some help from stealhTL The other day, he said I have the updated coils. I'll admit I don't know the difference.
I've also not yet visually inspected them.

It would be a no brainer to replace the coils.....if you want to spend the money the BHR kit is a nice unit...
for a totally stock car you could get 4 new OEM coils and be just fine
Just a FYI..there is not really an easy way tell if the coils are failing. The "visual" test is crap...there is no correlation between what the coil looks like and failing unless it is melted or broken The "white spot" thing is crap. Using a multimeter and testing the primary and secondary windings doesn't seem to be accurate for these coils either...it seems the ignitor is the part that fails...
The tester that Team showed works quite well...and is only about $10....but it can work one day and fail the next. So basically if you have more than 50K on them...changing them is good prevention.

That seems like a pretty good DIY. I might try and do that. I think I will also order the kit though. Its been something I have looked at since I got this car and it cant really be a negative!
Those parts you all post about on here for $XX are so hard for me to find in Canada. The same parts do exist, but often for more than double the price. If I order online im subject to duties, if they will even ship up here!
I am going to start shipping things to my cousin's shop in portland and have him repackage things for me to avoid the duties..

I have a similar problem, but my problem starts when I'm in high rmp when im in between 5000-6000 i have a rough idle. I accelerate and the car responds good. I checked my car with the computer at a friends shop and the codes that came up were PO139 and PO302 ( bad o2 censor and a missfire in the second rotor). I'm going to be sending the kit back so they can take a look at it. I have a question now do any you know the order of the oem coils, wires? When i took them off i didnt mark them and i didnt see where each one goes. The only diffrence i see between them is that they have two numbers each(1-2, 1-3) something like that. I've been searching for like a diagram or something to give the correct order, but haven't had any luck. Does anybody know the order? I would really appreciate it I dont want to stay without a car when i return the bhr kit.

Either one of the first two should work.
I also attached the wiring of the connectors in case you need that. Look at the color of the center wire on each connector!

If I follow what you are asking then yes, you can put any coil in any position, they are the same.
What is NOT the same is how they are wired coming in(where they come from) or where they go to.
That make sense?

Spark plug wires leading to the spark plugs are different lengths, that's all that makes them different.
Wire harnesses coming into the coils(the gray connectors, shown by #1 in the 2nd pic) do have to go in the right place.
They are actually different lengths as well, but hard to distinguish.
That is why I put the last picture. If you look at the center wire color, it will tell you to where that connector needs to go.
Example:
Gray connector with green wire in the center position needs to go to the Leading Front coil position.
Gray connector with white wire in the center position needs to go to the Trailing Front coil position.
