hi i really need help on this please..

Some history - 2005 Rx8 manual tranny. Over the last couple years my engine has been cranking slower and taking longer to fire.

my car has been having issues like hard to start alot of flooding
even if i drive for 30mins to 1 hr the next day i can not start it,
and when i am driving as soon as i hit 4000k my car jolts
i had my coils and spark plugs and wires changed
the dealer had to de-flood a really bad dee-flooding but ever sine they
worked on my car it has gone worse and worse

so now i am lost for words i have uploaded some you tube videos can you please
tell me what most of you think it sounds to you
