My 8 shut off at 80MPH
This morning on the way to work, car started fine, did a couple of miles of driving 6or 7 miles, as soon as I get on the expressway I hit it to pass get up to 80 as soon as I let of the gas the car dies, I pop the clutch and the car turned back on... and drives normal again..... It has new coils, new Plugs, and wires changed lest than 300 miles on them, cat is not clogged I checked prior to changing everything and has not thrown and CEL's

And of course any time you change things recently like that and have an issue like this, you need to go back and double check all your connections again. Make sure your wires are on nice and tight.
Could also be a fuel delivery issue. When I had my 8, things like that would happen from time to time (every 5 or 6 months maybe?). I never worried about it until it did it more than once or twice through multiple driving periods.

If it isn't your battery connections, describe "car dies" more accurately. Suddenly shutting off everything (engine, electrical) completely, absolutely abruptly like a light switch...that is always a battery or wiring problem.
If it just died like it stalled out, you are looking more at fuel pump or fuel starvation issues.
If it struggled to stay alive, but still died, that is probably ignition and/or catalytic converter.

Suddenly shutting off everything (engine, electrical) completely, absolutely abruptly like a light switch...that is always a battery or wiring problem.
If it just died like it stalled out, you are looking more at fuel pump or fuel starvation issues.
If it struggled to stay alive, but still died, that is probably ignition and/or catalytic converter.
