good news, FIXED IT!!!! wooot wooot!
a HUGE THANKS to everyone who helped me in this thread! and to all who wrote the DIYs, and Previous flooding troubleshooting posts!
here is what i did, took out plugs again, cleaned em really good again, cranked the car over several times to blow out all the excess fuel, then reinstalled plugs, before i cranked it, i did the windshield washer fluid trick too. this whole time(approx 30 mins) the car battery was hooked to another running car. then i tried to start it, it kicked over, but stalled out. tried again, nothing. after a few tries, and a final 4 squirts of washer fluid in each port, it got it running! wooot wooot wooot $300+ dollars saved!
on a side note, i cut the hell outta my left wrist trying to get the cap off the back service port. it looks like a failed suicide attempt! its pretty damn deep, and got one of the rags nice and bloody!
thanks again everybody! ill probably stick around this forum, i enjoyed the help i got here. the car was bought by her dad, and she isn't allowed to mod it at all! i put a direct FM adapter and mount in for her ipod, but thats about it!
thanks again!

Send him the bill. :P
Glad we could help out and glad you've decided to stick around. Now read the post I did on installing iPod adapters and you can do it without him knowing the difference. :P
