New RX8 owner

New RX8 owner
Hi all, I have only owned my RX8 for 5 days and I am astounded by how gorgeous she runs and how nippy she is. So far I love her to bits.
I have read lots on rotary engines and obviously I am here because I want to make sure I treat her right and keep her maintained as best I can.
I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask this, but please forgive me I am simply wanting to ask the "pros" you guys who have owned the RX8 and know how to treat them
Now I pulled the dipstick out earlier today ( this was about an hour after having stopped the car). It had a brown sludge like substance all over the dipstick and the oil was difficult to read at the bottom. Now Usually I would be very concerned on a normal engine (water mixing with oil etc) new head gasket need etc, but I know the Rotary engines do not have a head gasket.
I have read in a lot of places that a white foamy substance is normal and is merely condensation and something that doesnt affect the RX8, is this the same with a brownie sludge substance.
Any help or advice would be really appreciated (oh and by the way she has only done 56,000 miles and has full Mazda stamped service history)
Thanks in advance guys.
All the best
Lee

I would say no. Get the oil & filter changed immediately (well ASAP), run it for a 1,000 miles and change it again. It sounds like the previous owner didn't take care of the car.

Oh really , the car seems to be running sweet as a nut, sounds great, very sweet, you think this is serious or just in need of a good oil change etc as you stated above.
From what I gathered the guy who owned her before me did look after her.. strange!!!
Thanks
