ok good I was just trying to think of any and all possiblities. your battery when charged should show 12.6-12.8v anything less will be weak or dead cell. if it wont jump see if your buddy will let you use his battery if the posts are the same. might save you some cash if his battery wont start it or if it does there you go

Ok so here is the update....took it to the dealer....yesterday the quote was 300$ for unflooding the engine.....today they called in the morning....need a new battery, add another 134$.....lets see if they can get it started.....

Just for reference, these F***** are taking a short cut, instead of taking out the spark plugs and cranking, they are just straight cranking the car.....long term damage....my catalytic conv. is going to go in a few month with all the fuel going to the exhaust....

Make sure that you register your complaint in writing at the dealer. Call MNAO if they refuse to acknowledge. You'll may need this document later

How do I you un-flood the engine? I had engine flooding after two weeks of driving used 04 with 14k. I followed the instruction manual and no luck. Towed to Mazda and was charged 365.00 for de-flood. Is that crazy?

Automatics can't be tow/push started...you are at the mercy of the other route if you flood it.

If your careful...you should never have a problem...just don't shut it off cold!
