Not sure what to do
I recently flooded my 8 by not letting it warm up enough before turning it off (completely my fault as I knew better) I was able to restart it by removing the fuel pump fuse etc. It runs now but I am getting significantly worse gas milage than I was before I flooded it and now I am getting the engine collant low light when I go above 4k rpm for more than a few seconds. The engine is not hotter than usual and I am driving the same way I was before.
Just wondering if these issues are related or not before I go to the dealership to get it looked at
also thought i would add that hot starts have always taken a bit more effort than cold starts but it has never not started
BTW:
04 Manual Transmission 96000km
new plugs and coils 3000 km ago
new battery 1000 km ago

im not sure about the coolant, I cant see it at all by looking at the side of the container but then again it is not even close to being clear. If i look in the resivoir it is just below where the slits in the sides of the container are. Not sure why it would only come on at 4k rpm though and the temp guage doesnt show any increase in temp from normal. Where is the sensor for it located?
