FL OEM radio adapter no longer works

I couldn't find anybody with the same problem so sorry if there is already a thread.

I have the oem adapter for a 2005 rx8 and it had been working fine with my 3rd generation itouch. Then today i plug in my itouch it starts working and then randomly cuts off and displays " This accessory is not supported with ipod touch". I tried it multiple times and i tried my dads i touch too and it still does the same thing. Any help will be appreciated.

FL fixed

So after trying a few other things i decided to contact the company i ordered it from, Revolution Performance Motorsports. They quickly emailed me back saying that i had a defective unit. They told me to send back the defective unit and they would send me a new one. I have received my new unit and it works perfectly. Big thanks goes out to them.
