Oil Cooler Line Leak; Fitting type needed

Oil Cooler Line Leak; Fitting type needed
So few months back, after full cleaning/refitting/overhaul of the engine, i had the drivers side top oil cooler line start to leak; the line that extends to the passenger side oil cooler, right at the hardline by the quick disconnect coupler. Rust, as expected, is the culprit.
SSV cleaned
UIM cleaned
TB cleaned
MAF cleaned
ESS cleaned
Plugs, coils, wires replaced
Oil/Filter replaced
Diff fluid replaced
Trans fluid replaced
Coolant replaced
New OEM radiator
New OEM water pump
Cleaned all water lines
Cleaned heater core
Coolant system completely flushed/cleaned
Proprietary rotor/apex seal decarbonization performed
Water and Seafoam treatment on engine
the leak is a constant flow even at idle; haven't driven it since its discovery in november out of an abundance of caution.
For now i just want to replace the drivers oil cooler to passenger cooler line, later this summer i will replace the other 2 lines, but when i decide to pull and have the engine rebuilt.
Local place makes hydraulic hoses, i just want to be sure i have them make the right stuff for now. Wont be driven far other than 30 miles to a garage, and all the rest of the lines are in fair/ok shape.
i dont know the fitting types for 100% sure, from what ive read they are
-10 AN to 18mm 1.5 thread pitch Metric Adapter (two needed)
-10 AN 90 Degree Hose End (two needed)
-10 AN Stainless Braided Hose (60" needed)
Please let me know if these are the correct parts.
Thanks, and happy rotoring

UPDATE
Turns out it WAS the problematic oil cooler to rear engine line; derusted and managed to get the oil cooler line apart at the quick disconnect, so i need to figure out what size fitting is on the oil cooler line quick disconnect, as well as the banjo bolt/fitting type on the oil cooler line so i can get a new line fabricated.
Turns out there was a TINY pinhole leak in the steel line that was shooting oil all over the quick disconnect part on the OTHER (oil cooler to oil cooler) line. i temporarily patched it by resurfacing cleaning sanding and some JB weld with a fat layer of high temp sealant over that. Not driving it, just patched it so i can warm it up to move in/out of the garage, but it has held oil pressure fine till i can figure out what i need.
Banjo bolt fitting type? searched everywhere. Oil cooler line fitting type? also searched and searched, i dont want to buy a ton of random stuff and return what i dont need aka eat return shipping. Thanks!

I can't find the quick disconnect fitting size/type though I do have 2 -10 fittings that fit the oil cooler, just need an adapter for the quick disconnect fitting and a foot of rubber hose.
Anyone know the quick disconnect fitting type/size? Thanks!

120 miles on temp fix and it's holding fine, I'll swing by; looks to be standard fitting type. Thanks for the idea, can't wait to DD it again.
Lovely car; such a sheer joy to pilot in the corners. I don't mind constant maintenance and checkups and preventive work. Bought it for my GF to drive and myself to wrench and maintain/upgrade; she's gone glad I kept the title.
