Found the leak
I found the leak it was connected to the secondary shut off valve air hose. Actually it was that the air hose was not connected to the secondary shut off valve LOL. Anyway that's that here's some pics here's some pics of my new fuel trim data

Your LTFT should be zeroish, and its negative, which means you're getting less air than the MAF is measuring. You're also running 205F at idle? Are you in a hot climate? That seems too hot.
What data you look at depends on what problem you're trying to solve.

The LTFT doesn't mean you are getting less air than is being metered, it shows that you are running slightly rich meaning not all of the fuel is getting completely burned off in your ignition cycle and the O2 sensor is reading that; so your PCM is trying to cut back how much fuel is being injected. Can you log your air fuel ratio (AFR) at idle too?
Reasons for running rich could be as simple as fouled spark plugs or weakening ignition coils. That or while you are driving you are constantly going WOT. Your STFT's look fine so I'd bet on one of the above 3 things I mentioned.
So in saying that when is the last time you checked/changed spark plugs? How many miles are on your coils? If you aren't having any noticeable issues I'd say your ignition components are just aging an not sparking as strong as they should be.
The most important things that should be logged at idle:
- AFR
- LTFT
- STFT
- MAF (g/s)
- Coolant Temp
- RPM doesn't hurt either

205°F is about right for the high end when idling. The fans don't really kick in until 207-210°F.
-LTFT could be an air delivery, fuel delivery or combustion issue. If your ignition components (plugs/coils/wires/O2 sensors) are in good shape you should check out MAF and RPM. At warm idle (850-ish RPM), it should be between 5.0 and 5.5 g/s (0.66 - 0.72 lb/min). If it's significantly different from that and your ignition components are fine then you've got an air or fuel delivery issue.
I've also read that anything between -8% and +8% is no big deal unless you're having another issue.

I guess my obd scanner doesn't read AFR unless it's called something else on there. I have the blue driver scanner. My maf readings are in pic below. I just bought the car February 13. The guy before me took really good care of it. It has the Bennett built Ls ignition system. Idk how old it is. But I got a set of plugs I'm putting on this weekend.
