Is this Part of an 8?

Really scaring me heard a clank last night from under my car and idk what this part it is i couldn't find where it went to at the shop and so i'm wondering if its even a part of my car and where it would go?

Hopein i just ran it over

Yes, one side bolts to the transmission and the other to the stock cat. No need to be scared, not really a functional part. I haven't had one on my car for 5 years, no issues caused by not having it.

well i bought from dealer and thats not really excusable thank you very much haven't had it bk for 2 damn days.....
thought same thing since i was looking for it and not in the spots i was thinkin it could have been thats unexpected XD

Either it didn't get re-installed correctly or the bolt rusted out completely. My money is on improper install.

yup even worth going to the dealer for this or just leave it be? only got the 8 like 2 weeks ago and new clutch 2 days ago good car but now thats settle ill rest at ease bout it

since you have to take that off and put it back on, its the guy who did the clutch, just take it back hand it to them and say this fell off, and they should be happy about putting it back on, and making sure they didn't leave anything else loose

It actually goes from the stock exhaust manifold to the trans. It takes all of five minutes to put on if you have the tools and the bolts.
