Partial power steering problem.

Partial power steering problem.
I don't know how much of this is relevant but I'll start from the beginning and let you be the judge.
While in the dealer for an engine they claimed my car lost power steering and the module was bad. Long to short of it; they agreed to replace it but then found it was just some misaligned prong in one of the connectors. I got the car back and the steering was fine, the same as it was when it went into the shop.
6 months later I stated getting intermittent power steering. I came here and read what I could but the short harness seemed fine. Took it back to the dealer and they claimed it was bad and the correct current wasn't getting through. They replaced it. I got it back and it was better bun not right. Back and forth with them, they tested the rack and the module but could not find the problem.
I had them do the control arm recall and when I got the car back the power steering failed completely. I took it back and they found a bad negative connector at the battery and replaced the battery and the terminal connector. The tech said he had an 8 in the shop with no steering problem and began checking voltage differences between it and mine. He says he found a voltage drop through my main harness of 3 volts, from the battery to the rack and they can not go any further till it is replaced. They are also telling me that there is no guaranty that this is the cause of the PS problem.
The part # they gave me is FE0567010C. The name I got when I looked it up is Front Harness
Mazda doesn't have this part any more it is discontinued. When I asked them to isolate the damaged section and do an over lay or find the bad connector and replace it they stated 'We Don't Do That”
All I know, from them, is the damage is between some kind of noise filer and the PS rack.
I'm looking for a new front harness. Part No. FE0567010C
Anyone have one?
Are there any after market harness's made?
Has anyone had this problem or had a successful overly done?
Is there a thread on this that I didn't find?
Any help would be appreciated.

Essentially you are looking for the main harness with the fuse box. I have exactly the one from a partout. Pics attached. I can sell it for $125 plus shipping. I doubt you'll find it new on the forum. Send me a text or call 717-514-9058

After looking over the schematic on page 32 in the steering section; what the tech told me about having a voltage loss after the noise filter and needing to replace my front harness makes absolutely no sense. Since the noise filter is between the module and the rack, wouldn't that make the harness in question the short harness?
Holding off on committing to a harness till I can figure this thing out more.
Any help would be appreciated.

I took the car back to my Garage where I tested the harness and found no voltage drop. What I did find was damage to the module cover tie down nuts and bolts, broken parts on the air cleaner box and missing bolts over a range of locations required to do the work they did. It was like someone beat on my car. In spite of my feelings about Mazda dealerships after seeing the way they left my car I took it to another dealership and asked them to take a look at it. They agreed that GC Mazda's claim of a voltage drop didn't pan out and stated I needed a new rack. $2500 later I was driven with full power steering. In addition they replaced much of the missing hardware. If you live on Long Island and you must go to a dealer for service on your 8, save your self the headaches I had, do not go to Garden City Mazda! Go to Wantagh Mazda.
