passenger window doesnt work
i just bought a 2006 shinka and the passenger window will not roll down. when i press either switch, it sounds like it is trying to roll down like the motor is engaging but it is stuck. any advice helps, it feels weird with all the windows down except 1.

are you sure you don’t have the child window lock engaged? Likely not if it’s really engaging as you say, but I’m embarrassed to admit that it got me once. Mostly because I didn’t know there was one. And I didn’t figure it out until after securing a replacement motor. That was maybe 10 years ago. So I have one if it’s the problem, just lmk. Or maybe it’s the controller, I’ll have to check. Pretty sure I still have it on the shelf.
kind of cracked up on “all the windows down” comment since there are only two.

Well I meant the 2 back vents open and the sunroof was open (surprised that works honestly). I guess I should’ve said all the windows I can roll down. But yes I checked the child lock but now I’m second guessing it (like when you ask yourself if you left the oven on) so I’ll definitely double check it lol.

I've had windows completely fall off the rails in older cars but were still rolled up and "stuck," which doesn't make sense but strange things happen. I think this is something you need to take the door card apart and just see what is going on
