Please help...feel like car is lacking pick up

Hey guys i really dont know how to describe my problem but ill do my best

first off i have tried searching its just that im not sure how to put it so i haven't really seen much

well recently when ive been driving and im in first, i get on the gas and off the clutch like i normally have been doing...it just feels like its going much slower, the car revs up but its just like sluggish and takes a while to start moving faster.

I tried to take a video and i will post it up soon, but i dk if you can really tell from the video

Also when i am driving in gear about 4k-5k revving- it starts to rev up and down constantly.

this all just started happening about a week ago and i havent done any mods within that week. I always use 93 octane, car has around 20k miles and mods include:

-turboxs exhaust with racepipe
-aem intake
and thats about it performance wise.

any help would be great, thanks!

MT or AT?
Year?

When you put the AEM intake in did u make sure the screens were also re-installed.
Check the Maf - Make sure it isn't dirty
Check the Screens again ... make sure they are still installed correctly ... hell make sure they are still there.... really

Make sure all the plug wires are firmly plugged in to the coils and the spark plugs.

Maybe you have a tank of bad gas?

Any heavy rain storms in your area? Rain can sometimes mess up the AEM air filter especially if you didn't install the rain sock.

Just some ideas

Have you checked if your clutch is going bad?
Because in the video it sort of looks like your clutch is slipping..

Yes, it's the clutch. If it doesn't feel (when you step on it) like before, then, that could be the problem. Or, your engine compression might be lacking...
