Power steering+battery light. this is different I swear!
okay, as the title says this seems to be different. I have spent hours reading over all the power steering problems and connectors etc etc
first off. i recently replaced the alternator, seemed to work but even after the battery light would come on and off ever so often by the end of the driving day. then the EPS and the battery light started coming on.
as of right now the EPS and battery light will display when revving pretty hard past 3k-3.5k rpm. then after I upshift to 4th (4portAT) and just cruising it will go off again and stay off unless I accelerate from a stop or downshift accelerate.
I have cleaned the connectors, replaced battery terminal, checked battery and alternator, and reset ecu and the other thing i cant remember. I am baffled
most people with connector or EPS control module problems the light will stay on, this is where I differ. Im about to just take it to a shop. which I normally am very reluctant to do. any help is very much appreciated. thanks, wig
