There is one "TSB" on the head lights....not sure if it will help, but re-seat the connectors and see....could't hurt.

have you tampered with the wiring at all? piggy backed any additional lighting? Did you do the foglight rewire and maybe messed something up?
If not, I think you should check the fuse.

alright heres the plan. Sorry i made everyone feel dumber didnt know i had to have perfect english to post, but whatever ill make sure i remeber that. (sarcasm) But anyways the real question that i didint add earlier is... the fuse box does not have anything that says anything like brights or for the unfavorable hi-beams. So then what would it be under? Because i thoguht it was probably just a fuse. But i am gonna try the re-seating also. But hey guys thanks for the help.

I'm not at the car this moment, but IIRC, there are labels on the inside of the fuse box lid... Check the ones that sound like they might be it. It's easy to identify a blown fuse by looking at it.
Doesn't hurt to check the fuses. But, I would say that if the indicator is on all the time, then the problem may lie elsewhere -- maybe a bad relay or a short.

thats actually what i was thinking. I went and looked at all my fuses also. The only ones that sound like they could be it are the ones that say head. And then there are 2 more that say something like head (r) head (l). But alright i think ill go through all of them just in case. But it kinda sucks because all of my fuses are not transparent. But o well
