Yep, CAT is a federally mandated warranty item for 8 years or 80k miles, so you squeaked in under that!
Hopefully that will improve the gas smell..................now for the others.

You would need to hunt down the source or get a UOA done. A UOA would tell if your leaking coolant into the engine. Otherwise start looking for a leak someplace. The coolant hoses can sometimes develop cracks in them, radiators as well.
Blackstone labs - order a kit its free. Change your oil and send in a sample at the same time then go to the used oil analysis thread to post your results. If your leaking coolant into the engine it will show up on the UOA.

"Found out you weren't leaking"...............you mean the coolant I hope? That's good!
Did you check your other thread where I posted the picture of the fill line on the bottle? Have you been over filling it at all?
So......yes(milky oil), when weather is cool out you can get condensation in the oil and if car is not run for a long periods of time(really getting hot enough to evaporate the water out), it can have a milky appearance. You will not see it as the weather warms up. Did you think we were lying to you?
So.................what issues do you have left?
Oh.............probably worth mentioning.............if you have been overfilling the coolant bottle, then chances are that coolant/water has been coming out of the overflow hose and dripping down onto the power steering connectors. Get the fiance to clean those and get a length of tubing and extent that hose down below those connectors or you will have power steering issues in your future. Here's a pic of the overflow hose and connectors.
Get the black hose running down the side of the coolant bottle extended down below the gray connectors!
And here is the coolant max mark once again.
