Pulley question
I am having an issue with my pulley and belts, all i was wanted to know is if someone has or could take a picture for me of their pulleys preferably the crank to the ac unit. I need to see the distance apart from those two i think i messed up my tension for the ac. Thanks, i know this is a stupid question.

Well i needed to see if my belts were on right i replaced them and i had to move the idle belt pulley and did not know if it was set back correctly.... since i switched my belts i have gotten a cylinder 1 misfire and i am retracing my steps to try and fix it, i have already read a lot about the issue i just want my poor rx8 running like it was before.

About three weeks ago i have new plugs wires, and coils were just put in this week, but the misfire never occurred until i changed the belt , i am thinking maybe a new battery might do the trick

Even if you didn't remove it I would suggest you reset the NVRAM by doing the 20 Brake Pedal stomp thing. Turn the key to the on position and rapidly tap the brake pedal until the temp gauge does a sweep. Drive the car for a little while to see if the misfire returns.

When you do it, the temp gauge is doing a sweep right?

Make sure it's aligned correctly and thatyou didn't accidently flip it when you reinstalled it.
