Questions and Confirmations

I got my new to me '09 R3 back to Michigan today. The road trip was great. I love the car and look forward to tracking it and commuting with it this year.

I did find a few issues with it. It has 13,xxx miles on it.

After a long highway run, the diff seems to bind when turning in parking lots. After searching it seems that there are two possibilities. Either it needs new synthetic fluid or the diff is going bad. Did anyone find any other possible causes?

There seems to be a brake fluid leak between the master cylinder and the booster. The paint is bubbled up and peeling off of the booster.

Finally the center front console sliding lid is loose side to side. Is this normal or is something broken?

Should all of this be covered under the 3yr/36k mile warranty? The car still has 5 months left on it. I'm going to make an appointment at the local dealer this week, plus get some touch up paint for a few nicks, and some oil filters.

Thanks!

sounds to me like bumper to bumper should cover it (provided all maintenance was performed at a mazda certified dealership, or as per their specifications)
