So i just ordered the racing beat resonated midpipe and when i tried to install it to my turbo xs cat back theres a gap between the pipes. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

Just read this on the Turbo XS site

"NOTE: This pipe (their midpipe) can only be installed with the TurboXS RX8 Catback Exhaust. It can not be used as a direct replacement pipe for your factory catpipe."

The RB pipe IS a direct replacement for the OEM cat so this implies there is something non standard about the rest of their exhaust.

I do not know anything about the HKS. I would do an advance search for posts by HKS owners and see if any also have a midpipe.

Its strange that my oem cat worked fine with the turbo xs catback but the racing beat one wont.
