Exclamation Radiator Light and leakage

I have always had a problem with the cap and the sensor but this time my baby is actually dripping the antifreeze and it happens immediately after i get it warmed up. Example. I get in the car today and the radiator light comes on and stays on, I look in the radiator bottle and no visual on any antifreeze. I fill her up. Get in car and no radiator light. Drive around for a hour or so and still no light, then, When i get out i notice green antifreeze dripping from where i showed in this video. On top of that i have this white residue all over the plastic internal engine covers in which i show in the video. So, I let sit overnight and the radiator continues to drip. I get in my car the next day that the bottle is empty again and the light is back on. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!??

Also, when i begin to actually drive (even when the bottle is empty and radiator light is on) the light will cease for the period of the car moving. Then when i come to a complete stop the light comes back on. Then when i begin to pick up a good gust speed (about 20mph) the light turns off again and this is constant. Then, just when i think everything is fine and it might be a sensor problem, my car begins to let off white smoke from the front hood.

Here is the video link "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEtPbQ9_R8o"

take out the battery tray and air box and you'll be able to see pretty much everything down there. feel the hoses and you should be able to find where the leak is coming from
