Resonation @ 45 mph

Resonation @ 45 mph
I suspect this might be related to a specific combination of tires, wheels, and suspension (in my particular case, star specs, SSR Comp-H wheels, Progress Tech front sway bar, MS front strut bar, and Koni struts w/ RB springs). The resonating is not very aurally pronounced, but I can definitely feel it through the steering wheel and pedals if I keep the speedometer @ 45 mph regardless of gear (even in neutral).
Has anyone else ever experienced a sort of resonating feeling in the car at a specific speed? I don't see an easy way of diagnosing and fixing this, and am fine with just dealing with it, really; it's just a rather curious phenomenon.

I did have a wheel weight mysteriously drop off of one of my wheels a while ago... not sure if it's off my winter or summer set, let alone which wheel.
It's not like the problem intensifies at higher speeds (it goes away above and below 45 mph, and it's a very narrow window in which it does resonate), which seems strange to me if it is in fact a balancing issue.
The real question: Is it worth ~$40 to test the theory?
