dissolve

Hi all. It now seems that any time I go to start my car (warm, cold, whatever) it takes a few seconds to turn over. I've had it for almost two years but this is definitely new. It sounds like it's cranking for maybe 3 seconds until it finally starts. I don't notice any loss of power once it's going. Does this sound normal or do you have any suggestions as to what's causing this? Thank you for any ideas.
