rough pulling out

i was jw if anyone could help me out with this prob. my 05 rx8 has been pulling out rough now i have had people tell me that its motor mounts but it seems like im loseing power i think that my rear went or bad plugs and wires but im at a lost so if any one can help that would be great

you know, pulling out really isn't a safe method...
