RX8 will not start
Have redone everything on my 04 6speed rx8 in the five years I've had it, currently it has a engine that was new at the time I put it in 3 years ago, currently has 35k on it. Last couple weeks it has gradually gotten to where it will not start by starting it with the switch and starter. The fuel pump is not even a year old, the plugs wires and coils are all less then a month old and every plug is firing. The battery is less then a year old. I put a brand new starter on it yesterday to see if that was it and it didn't change anything. I can push start the car and it qill start and run and drive fine. But it will not start any other way than pushing it. After everything I have changed and everything I know of the car I'm starting to think maybe the eccentric shaft position sensor could possibly be bad? Would that keep it from starting from the normal turn the key way.

Eccentric shaft sensor problems would prevent it from running altogether, not just starting. Feel free to change it, but I doubt that's it. It sounds like compression, did you have more problems starting it while the car was warm?
The engine you received was not new, there hasn't been a new '04 engine for a long time. Instead it's a remanufactured one. If it has a blue badge on it, that'll confirm it. Can you get it to a compression tester?
