heyy im pretty new to the fourm, but ive had my 8 for a year now. When I first got the car it would beep at around 8500, since i put an aftermarket K&N Typhoon intake in the car and it seems to go up to 9000-9500rpm but it doesnt seem to beep anymore. I would really love to have that beep is there any way the intake stopped this or could this be another problem?

 

you cant hear it because the intake is too loud

They say the older you get the hard it is to hear high frequency too.

 

Our cars beep? I can't tell since I'm screaming manically from 7k+ rpm when shifting like a mad man.
