shift **** question.

Hey everyone. I have a shift **** I got from Atkins Rotary. It screws right onto the shifter, but the gear numbers don't line up with the front and back of the shifter. Meaning that the gear numbers on the top of the shift **** don't line up when you eye them. To fix that, if I unscrew it just a little bit, they line up. Should I get some red loctite to fix it, that way it will stay in place with the right numbers.

Thanks,

Chad

Can you adjust the collar at all? You shouldn’t need any loctite for the shifter. I use the Cobb **** which has no pattern on it.. maybe if you can’t fix this, that might help you? I went through a lot of research looking for a shift **** and this is what I found to be the best option for me. Doesn’t heat up from the transmission or the ambient temp. And it’s only $80.

Cobb ****

Thanks Speed 7. I used red loctite on it. I hope it works. I'm waiting for it to dry.
