so i just put my new coils in and just a few days ago i changed the spark plugs so after changing the coils i noticed my battery was dead just for the record my car had veen sitting in the drive way for a week so anyways i went and got some one to give me some juice for the battery ofcourse and the car turned on so i went ahead and took it for a spin around the block but i noticed that no matter how much i gave it gas the car would not go over 3k rpms so i double checked my wires to c if they were mixed up or something but no they are right on so what can this be

coils are universal, doesn't matter where you install them.
what is important is that the connectors to the coils be properly fastened in the appropriate order.
any CEL?
is the maf sensor plugged in?
did you unhook / unplug / remove anything else in order to access the coils?

Dont be so negative. Have you charged the battery or replaced it.The car needs a fully charged reliable battery to operate, remember, because you had a dead battery, certain parameters will be reset and the car will not run smoothly for a few drive cycles.

Double check all you connections.
Coil input colors can confirm this.
1) Green coil input wire is Leading plug front rotor (bottom-front spark plug)
2) White coil input wire is trailing plug front rotor (top-front spark plug)
3) Yellow coil input wire is Leading plug rear rotor (bottom-rear spark plug)
4) Blue coil input wire is trailing plug rear rotor (top-rear spark plug)

Just realized you changed your plugs too, you got the right plugs and installed them in right spots?
As for the battery, please do more search, if you want. But from my limited knowledge, there's nothing wrong with it.
