Sputtering at high RPMs

Mod List- VFAD removal, K&N drop in, AP pulley, AP dual mid pipe, custom y pipe split 3in. and a COBB tuner..

Now went I give the gas the old push to the floor its all good till about 7500 ot 7600 rpm and this sound emits like a sputtering popping noise.. almost as if it were ported or something.. its not.. My COBB tuner says nothing on the data other then the normal P0000 fault.. Sometimes it gives me the fault for the catylitic effeincy below threshhold crap its like PK??? i dont remember.. but its an easy clear with a reset. Anyone have any Ideas..

BY the way.. replaced the motor about 3,000miles ago. Dealer installed the pulley and mid pipe. i know right.. good deal freebie work.. lol..

Please someone give me some feed back on what this could be..

I have the same problem... can anyone help??

for me it happens over 7K rpm and sounds almost like a card stuck in a bicycle wheel. it only happens while on full throttle while I am in gear. if i do it when in neutral it sounds fine. but when in gear it doesn't sound right or feel right.

thanks in advance...
