sputtering idle and car dies!
I made a thread a while ago about my car not being able to go pass 7k rpm without sputtering like crazy. Did TSB deflooding procedure and changed spark plugs. After another recent deflooding procedure I came to find that my Racing Beat ignition wires were no good. Both the rear trailing and leading side of the ignition wires were shot completely. One of them had the spark plug side of the wire conductor missing and the other one was literaly busted up. Lucky I still had the oem wires so I switched it back and it made a hell of a difference. My car was able to pass 7k rpm with no stress and general start up became way better. But today the car had a hard time starting and it took almost 40 mins for the car to actually start. Then the car wasnt able to hold idle very good and it was sputtering like crazy. Eventually the car just died out. To me and from research it all had to do with the ignition coils as some of you might mention when replying to this thread. But if you think it something esle lmk would really appreciate feed back.

no CEL. The last CEL I did throw was because of my AP underdirve pulley but I did the essentric reset for that.
Also another question for you guys. How and where do you recirulate the bov??? because I want to recirculate mines when I try to atemp fix# 2.
Hopefully mazsport starts offering their new coils soon because I really want to buy them and get my HKS DLI II.

unfortunately im going to have to agree with him ^ on this, that turbo of yours betrayed you dog, just like mine did to me, but you might be lucky and it may just be your plugs and wires, but who knows, im done speculating about these sort of things, in the future im just gonna keep dropping new motors in if anything happens

Well I did the TSB compression test to see if it was the apex seals but compression stayed stable. Come to find out (because sometimes im just retarted like that) I had the front trailing side wire mixed up with the rear trailing side wire so it was misfiring like crazy. So I switch the 2 back to their original place and the car started up like normal and idle was stable. Conclusion is that Im a retard that didnt check the wires first oh well sorry guys
